Your appointment time is reserved just for you. I understand that life happens, but please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee based on the service booked. This helps protect my time and allows me to accommodate other clients.
